Cuvée Révolutionnaire is aimed at the selective circuit, i.e. restaurants, hotels, delicatessens and wine shops. This cuvée is truly unprecedented, as we use a de-alcoholization process that retains the wine's aromas after low-temperature de-alcoholization. Several oenologists have already been impressed by this cuvée. 

Cuvée Révolutionnaire is a <0,5% alcool-free range. We have white, red and sparkling wines. The rosé will be released next March.

The Original cuvée is destined for supermarkets. This range is 0,0% alcool-free.

Our secret? Tasty wines with low or no alcohol and a lighter impact. We use low-temp distillation to remove alcohol, preserve aromas, then blend for perfect balance, structure, and satisfaction in every sip
