If it is true that behind every bottle of wine there is always a story to tell, that of the Paolo Leo winery is a simple and beautiful story, like all family stories.

Paolo Leo’s wine producing vocation is rooted in a family tradition dating back to end of the XVIII century.

There were, indeed, five generations of winemakers that shared a deep passion for wine and never left their own land: all of them have built a piece of the winery's history. Today as then, Paolo Leo winery rises proudly in the town of San Donaci, still bearing its family name.

The Company count on two production sites. The first is located in the heart of the Salice Salentino DOC (San Donaci) the second winey i s located at the gates of the Primitivo di Manduria DOC  area(Monteparano).

Both equipped with a state-of-the-art winemaking plant, a large barrel cellar and a modern bottling line.
