Les Vins de Roquebrun, since 1967, located in the Haut Languedoc Regional Park The vineyard benefits of an exceptional microclimate and is spread on 700 ha of shale soils, vines are growing on terrace plots between 300 and 600 m of altitude around the village of Roquebrun Leader of the Saint-Chinian-Roquebrun AOP since 2004, our winegrowers work by hand, allowing manual harvest and vinification in whole bunches. Carbonic maceration is the typical winemaking of Roquebrun, the one that best expresses its terroir.
