William Downie and Jason Searle united to create SOS (Save Our Souls) Wines—born from a shared desire to bring premium wine quality to everyday enjoyment. Wines that focus on the pure expression of the fruit, using minimal intervention to allow the vineyard’s character to shine through. Prioritising the best possible grapes and keeping oak and tannin influence subtle, the wine remains bright, lively, and generous. The goal is to highlight the natural qualities of the fruit, rather than masking or altering them, offering a true reflection of the terroir with little added complexity. Focusing on the ‘soul’ of the wine.
