Our vineyards are unirrigated, hand pruned, and low yielding, with a focus on promoting soil health and biological activity. Our winery operates completely off-grid, with 95% of our power requirements provided by solar  energy. The Shiraz and Viognier wines are available for export. They are medium to full bodied wines of great balance and finess, and have been recognised with many awards. Our 2018 Hallmark Shiraz was awarded equal top score with 98 points and a gold medal in the 2022 Winestate World's Greatest Shiraz Challenge and our 2023 Cambrian White Viognier was a gold medal wineer in the 2024 Heathcote Wine Show. Both wines, and a variety of award-winning shiraz styles at different price points are on tasting at Vinexpo.
