The Domaine des Aubuisières

The Domaine des Aubuisières has 29 hectares spread over very beautiful terroirs of the Vouvray appellation which allows us to offer all the richness, complexity and potential of the white chenin. Invested in the service of the vine we regularly analyze our cultivation method to be in search of balance. It is in this vision that we have chosen to carry out a organic conversion since 2023. 

Thanks to different vinifications (barrel, vat, amphorae in gré), we make you discover all the richness of the white chenin. A unique grape variety that accompanies every occasion: brut, cuvée Zéro, la Plume du peintre, cuvée de Silex, nos 3 parcellaires, cuvée Gérald (semi dry) and Cuvée Armelle (sweet).
The Charles Lesaffre range
   From our vines in biodynamic conversion located on two closed monopoly and first ribs, the wines of the range Charles Lesaffre answer to an innovative vision. The desire to create micro-cuvées of excellence thanks to ancestral soil work, a manual harvest and very precise sorting. The vinification is the result of meticulous work where each step fits into a long calendar to give time to the wine to reveal its full potential.
   These "Amphoréales", "3 Parcelles" and "Retour aux sources" cuvées are available in limited quantities.

The wines of trade Bernard Fouquet

Since 1996, a partnership has been established with winegrowers to select their best juices and vinify them in order to create our own cuvées. These wines are the result of blending different terroirs of the AOC Vouvray. These wines are vinified in our cellars or on the farms and rigorously followed by our oenologist.
