We are creating the 1st generation since 1998. Séverine and Philippe Bourrier are building the estate, stone by stone, in a dynamic of "handmade" wines. We had in heart to put forward the mosaic of the soils of Roussillon and bought from 2008 parcels on different soils, forming years after years of beautiful islands representative of our crazy desires. We are now installed on 65ha, entirely managed in Organic Agriculture . Anxious to do better and better, we explore and adopt winemaking processes that meet our requirements. The amphora, since 2014 to maintain freshness in our wines, the integral vinification in barrels since 2007 to tame the power and concentration. The devil is in the details and we pay attention to every detail, offering wines with a very strong identity and great elegance.
