DAGAZ is a winery specializing in the production and sale of premium wines. It is located in the Pumanque appellation, in the Colchagua Costa Valley of Chile. Its vineyard was planted by renowned Chilean winemaker Marco Puyó, who is also the founding partner of DAGAZ Winery. DAGAZ's philosophy is to produce wines that faithfully express the terroir from which they come. The vineyards are planted on granite soils and are heavily influenced by cool breezes from the Pacific Ocean, characteristics that give rise to fresh, persistent red fruit wines. The winery's main varieties are Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, and a blend of these varieties with Petit Verdot. They also produce two very special wines from other origins: a Carignan and a Cinsault.
