A unique know-how  in the heart of an exceptional terroir

Sablet is nestled at the foot of the ‘Dentelles de Montmirail’, bordering Gigondas. The village is built on a mamelon of sandstone and sablet which gives its name to the appellation. Sheltered by the walls of the 14th century ramparts, there are cobbled alleys known as ‘Calades’ in the shade of old wine-grower's residences.

We benefit from an exceptional terroir : Plan de Dieu / Séguret / Sablet , and Cru Rasteau / Gigondas. 

From the traditionnal vats to oak barrels, we vinify our wines using different methods.
