As one of Australia’s oldest wineries, Nikola Estate meticulously crafts wines from the original grapevines that were planted at this historic estate in the 1830s.

This winery is forged on tradition, embodying the knowledge and foresight that has been faithfully passed down through four generations of the Yukich family, caretakers of the rare old grapevines. Nikola Estate is rediscovering and protecting the old vineyard plots to create fine wines that are a faithful blend of the Swan Valley’s cultural beginnings and are as individual as the region’s unique terroir.

The wine collection has grown exponentially since the arrival of award-winning winemaker Damian Hutton. There are now four ranges in its portfolio – the Gallery; Regional; Estate; and the Rare fortified collection.

With a focus on sustainable viticulture and revealing the stories of these ancient grapevines, Nikola Estate is producing a world-class calibre of wines that speak of genuine provenance. It will continue its discovery of alternate varieties suited to the Mediterranean climate with a commitment to crafting these delicate fruit parcels into wines of exceptional distinction.
