Founded in 1928, our cooperative winery, Les Collines du Bourdic, brings together 108 winegrowers from Uzège. Our vineyard, under the AOP Duché d'Uzès appellation and the IGP Gard, Cévennes, and Pays d'Oc designations, emphasizes the diversity of grape varieties. Our terroir is distinguished by an exceptional microclimate. Its plains and hills, bathed in Mediterranean sunshine, are revitalized near the foothills of the Cévennes. Careful parcel selection, rigorous specifications, harvests carried out at optimal ripeness, and efficient winemaking tools allow our winery to enhance the work of its winegrowers.
